Due to the fact that we manufacture some very high end temperature sensors, we were able to develop a wide range of industrial assemblies which covers all the needs of our industrial target customers. We use a selection of first class components. All our sensors are fully and individually tested.
Rodax furnace and boiler thermocouples are installed in challenging environments. Since more than 20 years, we have aimed at providing our customers what they need:

Since 1990 we have been designing and building reactor assemblies for the chemical and petrochemical industries in challenging environments. We have constructed hundreds of assemblies in close cooperation with major customers such as Shell, Esso, BP, Bayer, BASF, etc. Whether you want to measure profile or zone temperatures, hotspots or exact temperatures, we can always develop adequate solutions.
In response to our customers’ requirements, we set out 25 years ago to design Pt 100 sensors to withstand vibration in the order of 2-2500 Hz, 30 g, shock 500 g in 3 axes.
These sensors were successfully tested by a recognized laboratory. Since then, we have supplied thousands of sensors for use on compressors, turbines, pumps and a multitude of other applications.
These temperature sensors are designed for temperature measurement in harsh, high temperature and abrasive environments.
The materials we use have excellent chemical resistance properties, high abrasive and thermal shock resistance, very low permeability and a high mechanical strength.
They are ideal for flue gas and bio mass environments.
In response to the needs of our international customers, we created a team of experienced co-workers in 2009 for the installation of our furnace and boiler thermocouples.
